B & B RULES

No smoking is permitted inside the building, in the common rooms and in the rooms. It is allowed on the terrace.

It is forbidden to organize parties and events. Only adults and minors are accommodated, and only the persons booked.

Identity documents will be requested upon arrival for registration.

Check-in 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Usually the entrance to the rooms is expected after the hours 14:00 and until 20:00 , communicating the time scheduled at the time of booking.

It is possible to agree - in any case - to arrive at the facility first and collect the keys and deposit the luggage. In fact, different times can be arranged, specifying it in booking requests.

For arrivals after this time you will pay an extra € 20.00, and € 30.00 with arrival after 00.00.

Together with the keys of the room we also provide the keys to entry to the structure, in this way our guests can be totally independent and independent.

Check-out 10:00

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00.

You can store your luggage for free until the guest departs.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS

At the time of booking you will have to pay a deposit equal to half the amount of your stay.

We will send you an email with the transfer details.

In case of cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% paid will be refunded.
